Default Parts Quote

Randy,

I hope no one flames me for this but I need a parts quote for the wife's ummm Taurus

She had a little fender bender and I need to replace the driver side front fender. The price quote I got from the local body shop was around $170 for a Ford replacement. Is that a good price? By the way it is a 2004 Taurus Wagon...

Thanks

Bob

Bob, Welcome Aboard.......well it's an "ok" price if it IS a oem Ford fender but you'll prob never know unless you sea the packaging....Fords list price is $187.80, your cost would be @$135.00 thru us but we Do Not ship "sheet metal" anymore.....

Randy,

It is a Ford bodyshop and I specifically asked for a FORD fender. I have dealt with them before and they seem pretty reputable. The total quote to replace the fender and paint it was right around $700.

Thanks for checking.
