Default Mach 1 Grill Delete Fascia Tabs

Hello, I just received my grill delete and was going over the instructions and it mentions using fascia tabs to hold the bottom lip down. I was wondering what the part number for them is or if there is an alternative to mount it.

kk...... you do know the tabs are on the car? you have to remove 6 of them and have to save 2 of them.

I know about those clips, I was actually referring to ones that are supposed to hold the lip down where the 4 screws were that held the stock grill from under the bumper.

all you need is just the 2 screws that came with the kit and 2 of the 6 screw retainers that you had to remove to get the old grille off.
heres basic short sweet instructions-

1- remove all 6 screw retainers on top, idc what you have to do to get em out but save atleast 2(i saved 2 and just used wirecutters on the rest )

2- pull it forward and reach under w/ the wratchet/7mm socket and under them damn ones from under the bumper.

3- pull the old grille off and throw it in the box the new one came in and also pull that black thing off too that was behind the grille.

4- put the one piece(the big square one) in where the old one was.

5- their are lips on the curved piece under it. you have to slide both of them under the bumper.

6- take the 2 screw retainers u saved and put them in the 2 holes where they should go to hold the lip part down.

7- screw on the horse and bracket

8- your done

I have no idea what your talking about, sounds like you bought some aftermarket stuff, not genuine Ford...good luck wth your install

It is factory ford with all the dealer labels attached. I found out the clips look almost like a washer and just slide onto the stud. There's no worry though I got it installed and it looks great.
