order status of hood

Hey guys, I received my exhaust I ordered but not the hood. The info e-mail sent only gave one tracking number and said it was for both products. Is it possible to get a tracking number for the hood? order #25996

Shambles, I've called mt twice and they told me they don't get tracking number. They just said to wait another week. Cars in the shop now, any help??

shambles, i called again on monday and i was supposed to get a call back by tuesday, is the hood on back order or something? sorry to be annoying but i think its been about 6 or 7 weeks since i ordered it.

Yours isnt the only order they are fouling up, we are trying to get this resolved without having to refund everyone their money.
