Hello guyz & gals, i'm new here so i will prolly make some mistakes as i always do in forums, but i learn quick. I just bought an 08 mustang GT auto. torch red in color, with the functional shaker hood. Please dont thro rocks at me 4 getting an automatic, but i have been driving a toyota 4x4 22re engine, stick, for 19yrs, and I'M TIRED OF SHIFTING @ my age its easy to
get, what we call "CLUTCH FOOT" so, i got what i wanted ie; more power, and NO more shifting.
And yes, if i were in my teens or my 20's i wud have went with manual, i have had my car for 7mnths now, and i'm still in love with her. I will just need some of yalls advice now & then, because i do plan to add some more hp in the near and for future. I do want to post a pic of my little redneck beauty(mycar) on here. And alot of yall have some badass looking pic's of your stangs to. Anyway i'm glad to be aboard yall's ship. Lata people.

welcome to our humble abode. i have a manual, and i have never heard of this so-called "clutch foot", although i have the corner of the pedal kinda indented into my foot after i drive it. if it came with a working shaker hood, the auto doesn't matter.

Lol " clutch foot " I guess when you get in your mid 40's closer to 50 and you been pushing that dam clutch in for 25yrs, you might say to yerself, huh,,,i'm tired of pushing this dam thing in, just to move. lol Naw, it's prolly just me, I climb up & down Locomotives all day, and it's hell on my knee's.
