Name is Bill I use to read this forum alot but some how dissapeared for a while getting caught in the everyday madness. I currently own a 04 GT that I just put a new motor into, the stock motor blew up at 28k by throwing a connecting rod threw the side of the block. It was unexpected but I feel I have a stronger car now. Hope to get back into the swing of things in the mustang community I do remember alot of nice cars on this site. My guess was a bad tune or a dip in the fuel pressure which caused detonation.
