Holy Custom 10" sub enclosure and Rockford Sub batman
Well I'm broke and need money. I'm selling one of the subs I bought from Matt a couple of years ago. I put some gray carpet on the enclosure (just a tad lighter than the trunk gray) and painted the bezel black, Some of the paint on the bezel is scratched/chipped from **** sliding around in the trunk but it's not all that noticeable when in the car.
This is the DRIVER'S SIDE SUB ENCLOSURE for 99-04 cars, I'm pretty sure it will work in 94-98 cars as well, but if someone wants me to make sure I'll see if it fits in my dad's POS.

The sub is a Rockford Fosgate P2 10", I believe the model is P210S4

It hits hard (I use one in my car now and I don't notice a difference from not having the second) and still worked great up until I took it out of the car a few months ago. I'll test it out if I get some serious interest. The reason I took it out of the car is because one of the channels on the amp went out, which was kind of nice since I have more trunk room now. The sub works fine. I mostly listen to rock and didn't have the gain turned up high on the amp so it's not close to being blown at all.
Now, the driver's side sub never really sat as snug as the passenger side one, I have some velcro on the back side of it but it doesn't really help it stay in place. It stays in place unless you make real hard left turns and go over bumps while making left turns and what not. If you want to secure it more permanently...well, you'll have to be inventive.
$75+ shipping.
