If the person who paints it they should be able to match it and blend it in with the rest of the car pretty well.....but I have seen some crap jobs before so....take it to someone well known

Use a good quality paint, like the ppg system and you shouldnt have a problem, stay away from your generic gloss black paint, it will never match up, are you doing it yourself? if so adjust your air pressure according, go a little lower air pressure for a darker tint, go a little higher air pressure for a lighter tint........IF you use a quality paint system, you usually dont get into tinting problems as much, silver, gold, metallics and such can be a problem sometimes...but if you adjust your air pressure and paint reducers you should be fine

a good way to test it first is to mix the paint and put a small spot on the car somewhere, let dry and compare to see if it needs to go lighter or darker or stay
