Port and Polish

Is it true that if i got my current NPI heads/intake on my 97 ported and polished they will outflow a set of PI ported and polished heads?

good question .. i would imagine it depends on how far you take your port polish... i would think that you could beat it easily with a custom setup... but theyre are all dimishing returns depending on your setup
