a nice supercharger setup will give you 400 at the wheels with the right setup. the setup will cost about 4000 but its the easiest way to get that power.

I think he means without power adders...

So, heads and cams. Long tubes, mid-pipe, catback. Throttle body and plenum or some other intake. With a ram or cold air. And then the tune. = SHould be close if not over 300. Also if you get heads, might as well port it since it's all opened up.

when it comes to horsepower...you get what u pay for. Gears are the biggest bang for the buck but they still don't technically add hp. If you want more power, you are gonna HAVE to pay for it. and not cheap either. that $200 will get u 10 crank hp MAX. $350 catback? perhaps 10 hp if ur lucky. $400 tb/plenum? perhaps another 10 hp. even long tubes being anywhere from $300-800(not including labor) add 20 max crank hp. Life sux, but then u mod the %(&^ of ur stang and then ur happy
