Default cams

cams.....im tight on money..so im not doing a pi head swap..but i want a cam thatll give the stang a bit more distinctive rumble.....would a stage 1 cam work?....or should i do it when i have money all at once?

well cams are the smallest bang for the buck on the modular motors so i suggest u wait and do the pi headswap then if u feel the need to still do cams then that would be the time b.c ur gonna have to pull the top of the motor apart to do both jobs so might as well do it once plus u dont wanna take new cams out of old heads to do the swap later

purestang....i just posted about doing exactly what you were planning on...i wanted more power and i pretty much did all the basic bolt ons...i wanted to just do a cam but it seems that you're better off waiting and buying the pi headswap and then buying the cam and getting it put on at the same time

Comp 262's supposedly give the non pi's a good gain, but honestly, just save the money or go with some PI cams. Just a thought.
