Default cooling question

so i just installed my 180* thermostat today. i'm quite pleased with it as it shows a lower operating temp on the gauge....once the fans kick on. Anyone know how to adjust the temp at which the fans kick on WITHOUT taking it to a shop?

You would need a tuner.

I don't think it will but I'm not 100% sure.

Nope! You are completely safe. It just means that you are not taking full advantage of the lower thermostat.
