Default tfs heads on a 5.4l

hi, I'm new to the site, so hi everybody..

And cheers to "330sprayed" for his awesome 5.4l engine.

ok, couple months ago i bought a 5.4l to build then about 2 weeks later I threw 2 rods, blew up 1 piston, and seized the 4.6l so I just dropped in the 5.4l/4r70w setup with the stock heads, cams and the 4.6l ex. manifolds as I wasn't ready cash-wise for hi-po yet. Now i'm going for highest possible N/A #'s and rpm. (Though I do see a set of twins in my future)

But i digress.. a quick question or 2:

38cc tfs with dished? 9.42:1
44cc tfs with flattops? 10.59:1 best for future turbo? hi comp now add dishes for lower turbo comp?
38cc tfs with flattops? 11.48:1 ??will 93 even work??

ill be doing a typical forged bottom end anyway so not wanting to change pistons isn't a problem. I just wanna know which is a better option for piston-to-valve clearance, valve timing/duration/lift, and combustion chamber dynamics (quench, swirl, cooling, compression, etc).

also, anybody know where forged aluminum con rods can be found? I have seen some but mostly for lsx:/

Thanks in advance!
