Default cylinder head torque spect

Hey
Does anyone have the torque specs/bolt pattern for bolting on heads and valve covers on an 04 GT? Any help would be great.

A. Heads
Always use new head bolts, they are torque-to-yield, and cannot be re-used. There are 6 steps to tighten head bolts.
1. 28-31 ft-lbs., 2. tighten additional 90 degrees, 3. loosen one turn, 4. 28-31 ft.-lbs., 5. tighten additional 90 degrees, 6. tighten additional 90 degrees
Pattern is as follows.
1. top-center, 2. bottom-center, 3. top-left of center, 4. bottom-right of center, 5. top-right of center, 6. bottom-left of center, 7. top-left corner, 8. bottom-right corner, 9. top-right corner, 10. bottom-left corner.

B. Valve Covers
2 step process on valve covers.
1. 71-106 IN-LBS.
wait a few minutes
2. 71-106 IN-LBS. again
pattern is like heads. start in middle and work alternately towards end of valve covers
