Default 4:10 Gears, What do I need?

I am wanting to get this kit from AM

http://www.americanmuscle.com/speedc...r-oil-kit.html

I see these bearing kits also in the drop down. Do i need those? What would I gain from having these?

You will need at the min the install kit for installing the gears. If your car has over 70k miles on it, now would be the time to replace all the bearings in the rear end as well. So you would want the bearing kit which comes with everything to install plus bearings for the rear. If you car does not have alot of miles I would not bother with the bearing kit.

I would recommend the ford racing kit instead for bearings.
