Rocker Arms?

I just pulled the heads off my 5.4 today and was wondering if there are any good aftermarket performance rocker arms or do I just reuse the factory ones?

Reuse the factory parts. There are some aftermarket followers but they made for adustable lash adjusters and are very expensive.

Jesel makes aftermarket ones but they are an arm and a leg in price.
