pi heads are heads off a 99 to 04 mustang right? thanks

yes they are but be advised 1999 & 2000 Mustangs are Windsor and 2001 to 2004 Mustangs are Romeo and the cam covers are different between the 2 engines as are the front cover to head bolts and studs...............

Ports, valve size, different intake, cam specs,chamber configuration , I'm sure theres more but those are the major things
