Default Sniper tuning software??

I am looking at buying a tuner soon. I was wondering if anyone has used it before and what you thought about it. I have a 98 Gt which I plan on continually making upgrades to it for the next couple years. Are there any advantages/disadvantages of it compared to sct tuners. thanks

Big disadvatage of it is NO ONE is using it at Dyno shops or anyone I've ever talked too.I'd stay with SCT.

seems like the two that everybody is using is the diablo or the SCT, not sure if they are that much different. check with your local dyno shop and see what they are tuning.

the sniper just sounded more versatile to me since i will be making continuous improvements and could make the changes myself. Does anyone know of any dyno's in the Dayton/Toledo Ohio area......thanks

You can make changes yourself with the SCT tuning software as well, as long as you get the Pro Racer package.

i have had it since last fall and love it, but i also wanted to learn how to tune it myself. Tech support is top notch and their Forums are moderated by the creators themselves. Absolutly no problems except my own dumb mistakes
