Smile BBK 75mm TB/Plenum are on!!

I finally put them on and I must say that I LOVE the outcome!! I didn't think that I would feel the difference but I was wrong!! It picks up in second and third so much better. Now I'm just waiting for my gear install kit to arrive so I can have an even bigger smile on my face!

Fullthrottle stang: Did you have to retune your car after the new throttle body install? or was it just bolt on and go? What other mods have you done to your car?

I'm asking because I want to buy a new TB and was wondering if there is more to it than just bolting one on. Thanks, Mark M

you dont HAVE too get it retuned...but it is advised to get it dyno'd to check the a/f ratio.....cause i think it was MT's#1CUSTOMER's car that was leaned out 20% after putting on an accufab TB/Plenum combo..i forget wat size tho

I just bolted it on and drove. I had to get a new TPS because the old one wanted to be a b**** and not come off. I took it easy for a day, just to let my car get used to it, but I am going to get my car dyno tuned pretty soon when I get my gears. So if there is anything going on, they can fix it. But right after I tightened the last bolt I started it up and it ran great.
