radar detectors are amazing
i would have to say that the invention of the radar detector was one of the greatest ever. Today i was going 70 in a 30 my radar goes off i slammed on the brakes and passed the cop going 30, it definitly saved my license, double the limit = no license. It was most definitly worth the 90 bucks i spent on a decent quality cobra on ebay. can anyone else relate??

well obviously if i had just 400 bucks i wouldnt even think about a valentine, my **** works fine, i was just saying if 400 bucks was nothing to me (ha which it deifnitly is) then i would definitly do it

Arrows or nothing i have used others, and its true once you live with the arrows you wont be able to live without them again. It was well worth the $390 i paid for it. it saves almost 3hours of driving on my trip to NC and back.

Is a 400 dollar fuzzbuster worth it? Whats it gonna do if the cop just turns it on as you fly by at double the posted speed limit?

are you serious??? cops dont use cd radios to talk to each other outside of little redneck towns.

exampe: dont speed if your the only car on the road. As he is gonna have his radar off, and then turn it on aiming at you.
Also dont make yourself stickout by doing 110 in a 70 or something like that the name of the game is speed but dont be noticed and use common sense. I only speed when i have cars in front of me which the cop will randomly hit with the radar so i see him. If its just me i only do 5 over.

Hahaha-- well he does have a point, its only really useful on the highway, so I just don't dick around on the town/city streets. Its actually a helpful tool if you think about it, traffic reports, weather reports, directions, accident reports, cop locations?? What more do you need.
I've only seen cops south of the buck-eye state that have CB's within their patrol cars... they have them on to the highway channel but they hardly talk unless a trucker decides to.. **** them off or something.
