Default just had a job interveiw....AT SALEEN!

so yea i just went downstate yesterday for an interveiw.they had me work for like 5 hours to check out my performance and such....they said they like my work and will be calling me in a few days to further discuss pay and when i can move down...btw my job is working on the new ford gt.(if you didnt know saleen makes the gt-40 for ford.) the pay is great...really great...so im pretty excited to be starting a job i acually like.......oh and be jelous of my discount on all authentic saleen parts.....not bad for a 20 year old kid...

actually my job is a polisher...after the parts come out of paint they need a 4 step buffing process done to get rid of orange peel and bring out the shine in em...so i just buff fenders and doors and whatver else all day long.sounds like a ****ty job but the pay is amazing.

That would be a pretty cool job. Good Luck with that.

My friend worked at 3M for awhile. Pretty much did the same thing.

If you don't mind me asking, what qualifications did you have for the job? I'm attending a tech school in ohio right now for a high performance tech degree and thats something i would love to do. Just got back from traverse city mich, and i love it up there.

little update....been workin the new job for a few weeks now....Its fucvkin sweet . great job and great pay...im not used to this money....but anyways the stang has been goin downhill since i started...the windsheild cracked..and the clutch is going...... its gonna go in next week for a stage 2 clutch and 4.10's....going in the week after for a new windsheild.....and hopefully soon if everything stays working right a saleen supercharger........btw,what kind of times are people putting down with the stage 4 saleen supercharger?....and before anybody says anything yes im doing 4.10's and a supercharger...i like to live crazy.
