Default My brother rolled his truck!

Well, my brother rolled his truck 3 times yesterday...I spent most of the day at the Emergency Room...He's doing ok, the doctors let him go last nite...He's got a concusion, hyper extended elbow, and 2 fractures, plus all the HUGE (black and purple) bruises and all the cuts...I'll try and get some pic's posted of the truck.

He was in a line of a few cars passing this truck going extremly slow (40 in a 55), anyways while passing him and another car hit a big patch of black ice and both cars lost control...the other car gained control as they had a honda that was front wheel, but as for him he wasn't locked into 4x4 and started fishtailing and corrected twice before hitting non icey pavement that sent him in the ditch and then rolled it 3 times...

Hmmmm, Lemme guess, no seat belt? If he was, wow, that must have been a hell of a wreck....

Sorry to sound like someone's Dad, but I was a cop in the Air Force, I've seen SOOOOO many accidents where wearing a seatbelt would have saved a life, or save the injured a lot of pain and agony....

Actually he was wearing a seatbelt, its pretty crazy he made it out alive...The seat belt buckle its self broke along with the console in the middle of the bucket seat and 3 our of 4 bolts that has the seat bolted down also broke....The truck doesn't even look like it was vehicle at one time, it looks like something took the truck and just folded it in from the sides

wow thats crazy...I hate people that drive under the speed limit for no reason...they're the worst drivers of all...too over cautious...thats why i'm an offensive driver...i figure if everyone is playing defense who's left to play offense???

Glad to her he's otherwords ok...older or younger brother?

Just got word from my brother the adjuster was out to take a look at the truck...He said minimum was gonna be $9,300 and maximum was $15,200 just in body work alone not to mention the 2 blowntires, all 4 rims messedup, entire front axle f*cked, and whatever else is wrong mechanically...Good thing is their going to give him money for the brand new tires he just put on last month ($900) and the tint he just got done for his birthday ($150 last weekend) and some other stuff...
