yeah, my friend has a 350, he gets me off the line for a couple seconds (he's running drag radials and mine are street tires) but after that it's like he's pulling a boat or something

No thats basically it as soon as its green let the brake go and punch the gas.....if you've heard about the whole "flashing" the auto tranny that usually only works on cars with gears I had to switch to that method when I got my 4.10's I cant rev up to even 2000 without spinning......
but yes that is about it ....no worries you should be able to take him....street racing is bad just be careful

well 2day at work, me and the z28 kid (the one with "new transmission") and we got at a light, i didnt kno he want to go, he went, i slowly went then stepped on it, tho he actually launched, i still wooped him bad...he's like, "u didnt win, but i dont wanna race u again til i get a new 350 motor..." lol...

Dude, if anyone was stupid enough to bet my mustang couldnt go under 15 and bet me 100 bucks, i'd tell him to put his money where his mouth is, for every 1/10th of a second BELOW 15 is a hundo!!!! If i dont break 15 seconds every 1/10th over i'd pay HIM 100 bucks. <snicker>
There is a guy here with a 2001 Mustang V6, he has a BITCHIN exhaust, sounds like a damn V8, but ive seen under the hood, it's a sixer. He does have nitrous and was bragging to me that he can pull 15's. He claims his **** is all sponsored, but the car looks like he went 4wheeling at 100mph through moab, had a zex wet kit and only runs 15's. I dont see many sponsers being interested in that. Cocky little bastard.
Well, the other day i was taking this girly out to dinner, ended up pulling up next to him at a light, i recognized the car cause its that **** green color with ugly rims, plus the dual exhaust. I look over and i can see him lookin at me through his limo tint. He revvs his engine and i rev it right back at him. I was pissed though cause he was in the turn lane and i was going straight. With NOS he runs 15's. HAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHA
I was hoping to race him so he can hit his NOS and still lose.
Ohwell. another day.

lol ...i was on the highway and this celica "GT" (ROFL?!?!?) burns by me thinkin he's cool, so i catch up, we are goin 85 in a 75...he gets up to 100, he sees me comin and STEPS ON IT (smoke came outta exhaust when he saw me comin) and i did the same...pased him easily then slowed down and blinked my brakes at hhim....he didnt come back til i wa near my exit...

lol good kill, and yeah Celicas are slow, Lol my 6 Beats them...I've had a few older isht integras try and take me cuz they see a 6 and think they're faster...

rofl....kids these days...i kno mustangs arnt the fastest, but commpared to the civic and integras EVERYONE has...we rule the street lol..
i was thinking of taknk my GT emblems off, so people might hink im in a 6...since my back bumper doesnt say MUSTANG GT, just MUSTANG...but not sure....might just put 4.6 emblems...

my buddy has a 04 celica GT-S... Its got a lil more powerful engine than the GT, and a body kit. He put 18" wheels on, and an exhaust (only from about the rear wheels back). But other than that it was factory. At the track i beat his car EVERY time. The best he could manage were some 15 somethings....we figured it could come up with something better than that. This was before I had my gears too so it was just exhaust..... When I get home i'll try and find the timeslip.

There was an artical this month in MM&FF about a high hp V6 that put out like 300+ hp...I was like what? thats NOTHING! I'm going for 400 eventually...and this guy had rebuilt the engine and put on a super charger...wtf? and it was puke green...yuck...the key is to be fast and look good...i'm workin on the second part now...the first part is guna cost alot more money...

and yes integras are slow as ***** but mine is funny as hell being able to abuse it everyday since it has a loud *** fart can on it
