he's getting pretty old, isn't his hair even turning grey?

 

I think he should go, especially with sherman being fired. he doesnt need to learn a new offense for 1 year, and if the packers are in the process of rebuilding, they dont need to start doing it with a quarterback that isnt going to be around.
