ok, so what's some of the stupidest things other mustang owners have said to you IN PERSON!

theres not many people here who mod their stangs but.. i hung out with a guy who owns a 01 vert gt tonight that has nitrious injected badges on each side. I had him take me for a ride first. the car is an auto. he kept talking about making all the scoops functional because it would make the car so much faster and then kept telling me he liked the apron on my car (he was talking about the mach 1 chin spoiler). i took him for a ride though, it was much more impressive then his car

 

I always get the, "do you have a 5.0" in there.

Yea, its a great engine, I love the ignorant people who think the old 5.0's will walk the dog on them. They just dont understand flow numbers I guess lol. Amazes me. Now, Im not discounting the fact that a 5.0 car with heads, a cam, and an intake will make quite a beast.

 

well.. I have a buddy with a 5.0 that has a cam, intake, exhaust.. dont think he has heads though.. but he got beat pretty badly by a stock srt-4. he says his car "isn't right" though lol

I've come across alota ricers that have absolutely NO idea what they're talking about...lol like those guyz from SRT-4mation...favorite quote..."My friend put a CAI in his civic SI and walked all over a 03' Cobra..." even my boy with a 300+ hp WRX know's he can't compete with a cobra...he's raced both a cobra and lightning...he wins the first 60 feet or so but it always ends the same...

 

To get to and from work I have to drive through the ghetto. I usually stop and get something to eat or get some gas on the way and almost everyday some like mid 20's guy will offer me like 15k for my car. I always say the same thing, "Let me see it and it's yours." I also get "Open that baby up" from all the rednecks in town. Kind of annoying how everybody expects me to get a ticket to entertain them.

me and a senior in my school both have 2001 v6 well she HAD one wrapped it round a tree in a snow storm and we were bustin on some bitch who drive an eclipse and she goes " our cars have 210 hp stock and he has an intake an exhaust he prob has 250 hp now" lol i just laughed my *** off but didnt say anything, cuz shes georgous

The one I like the most is..damn what size tires do you have in the rear? Not a stupid question but I really like people response to the rear wheels.

 

I guess it's all about where your from, down in FL I always get people lookin at my wheels and askin if it's manual...in MD all the ricers ask if It's a V8...i've had alota people ask me if it's a V8...esspecially now with the Side Exhaust...

Not a question, but I love it when the ricers' girlfriends holler "nice car!" from the passenger seat of their boyfriend's ricemobile. That just makes my day!

 

when i pull up to a riceboy with his g/f ( and MY g/f isnt in the car w/ me ) i always yell, " you're sister's hot" rofl, they get angrier than somone telling them their civic is slow

 

surprisingly i get a LOT of people asking me if mine is one of the "new" mustangs (05-06). and when i tell them its not they act surprised and say it looks like one. wtf is that all about?

I love Rice girls they're so cute and innocent...(sarcasim) My boys g/f still talk **** thinkin her prelude can take me...(granted i got a lil 6, but I can ATLEAST take on a lil Prelude Si...) That and ...begins story:

My friend Josh has a 93 Hatchback with a 99 cobra engine...alota engine work done to it (previous owner so he doesn't know everything done), but it's def. 300+ hp probably in the low 400's (seriously...he's done an 11.98 at the track on street tires...the point is his car is F'in QUICK!, I've seen cobras, mach 1's sti's and so on ball, and his **** would be at the head of that pack...ne who, so he's messin with this girl and her prelude and she comes up next to him and tries to take him...so he floors it and both wheels spin out like crazy and he has to slow down, this happens like 3 or four times...we get to where we were going and now she's smiling thinkin she actually beat him. (he was f'in around)...ahhh Givin a lil hope, then ****IN ALL OVER IT...god bless it...

Good story from this long weekend...

Had a ricer prelude pull up next to me on Monday. His girlfriend, looked over and smiles and says "Nice car, sounds great, love those wheels!"

Well, of course, he felt less a man due to her comments, and cylinder envy, so he revs his 'lude up, and drops the clutch, but his timing was off, he stalled it..

So at the next light, she is checking out my car again, and he blows a gasket on her! I can hear him bitching over his and my stereo! So I start laughing and he flips me off, revs it up again and drops the clutch, this time he got it right. Well, I was in 3rd and half a car length ahead of him while he was in 4th, and shifting into 5th.. we had to slow down, the area we were in is known for a plethora of waiting cops..

He turned, she waved... Such a nice late X-Mas gift..... :shifty:
