yeah i just don't like the format of the site, it's really cheap looking, and to me cheap = not very reputable...ne who like I said in my PM, I'd go cheap now and get better NICE ones once you get your new front end...

Then why not just save the 150 bucks towards the new front bumper?

For $350 you can buy a Roush front bumper and it comes with fog lights. Just a thought.....

AND, you might actually find a buyer for your stock bumper. I guarentee you some guy would give you as much as $250 for that thing if the paint is good. People wreck these things all the time and most people are not hanging out on forums so they don't know.

They just get in wrecks, find out how much they cost to fix, freak out, and give you money for yours. You just need to be a little patient.

Course, you have to paint the new one.

Great advice blake, I forgot about selling it to recoup the money. Just find someone you know that paints, and become REALLY close friends with them, or someone who is.

Our fogs come with brackets. Just not wiring or bulbs.

No, they wont be, youll still drive a v6, which will still cost you more money to run the same times as a v8. Im not trying to start the "i drive a v8 I own all" arguement, because Im not, but dont say a v8 is obsolete because you spent tons of money to make it run with one. Its going to be 10 times cheaper to just buy a v8 and be done with it.

not only that, but our tranny/rear end/gear ratio and other parts are different than v6's so even if your engine produces more hp, you'll still end up spending WAY more just to be equal to a v8...and u still won't have the v8 rumble in your exhaust

Get'em! If your talkin about price it really comes down to how much you paid...so if your comparing me...Bought it brand new no owners...so when you take the 4-5 grand difference thats a stage 3 package from Supersix and a nice nitrous kit, with about 1500 more for w/e else...probably rims to get that new power to the ground...sure you can't get that V8 rumble but you can def. get the power...

good someone agrees with me thanks grimmz was not trying to start a battle with v8 guys but danny opened it

and that stage 3 package from supersix will make me faster then a gt by 20 hp might not have the rumble but it will sound good and knowing a n\a v6 that can beat a gt is just awesome

you may be able to get 280hp out of it but your tranny or rear end probly wont hold up to that kinda power, i mean my damn old modded V6 blew the rear end out and all i had was a tuner, exhaust, and intake. I was thinking about making my old V6 fast but it just isnt worth it in the end man. But in the end it is your car and you can do what you want with it. How much torque would that car have BTW???

sayd 280 hp and 295 trq

and also the rear end will be fine up to 300 hp and if i want more power oh no all i ahve to due is get the gt rear end a whole 800$ and the tranny is fine same stupid thing as gt's t45 is on both cars

also u must have been beating the **** outa your v6 because that wont happen unless u abuse the **** out of it

LoL T-5 it's same, and it's only like 500 to get a new rear if you really need it...

i didnt abuse it, except for bringing it to the track a few times, i think it may have been cause it was an auto with a super firm shift kit, but anyways......with those numbers you woulnt be able to beat GTs by much at all, i mean my car has around 320trq, a set or 3.73s or 4.10s and your back to losing against a Gt again, im not trying to start anything here, just letting you know. Like i said before, i was in the same boat your in, i had a V6 that i wanted to make fast so when the rear end blew i spent $800 on 4.10s and a trac-loc differental, the car was so so much quicker than stock....but then i bought a Bullitt 2 days later and now when i drive the 6 it feels like it is standing still. Just letting you know that no matter how fast your V6 is you will never hear the end of people saying "its still a V6" i was in that place for over a year.
