ummmm am i correct on this...275 is the widest you can go on a 17x8 rim

Well, Ive seen a 285 on one, but that kids crazy...lol. Yes, stick to a 275 max, but you should really have a 9 inch rim for that, wether it will "fit" or not.

If you go a 265 or wider stick with a 9" rim.
