Save your money bro...No offense, but an alarm is not going to keep someone from getting what they want...I was broken into last year on my truck, I had 3000 grand in stereo stuff taken, and I had what is considered the best alarm on the market. The best deterant is this" They cant steal what they cant see". Or keep your car in a garage at night..Just for grins, this is what I had "Viper 791XV". List price is around $450-$500

I had the Silencer system installed on mine. It put the dummy plug in that hateful bitch. Got tired of forgetting to access it and having my dam horn blowing when I tried to start it. Mustang horns are loud as hell. Scared the chit out of me too many times. LOL

I use it when my car is parked and I'm away for extended periods though. Good system i think .

I got Lojack and it is a great peace of mind, Chances are if someone looks at your car and sees lojack they'd rather try for another car without any sticker on it...

Also, best way to not get your car stolen is a fuel cut of switch...thats like ubber safety. But the unfortunate reality is that if someone wants your **** they're guna get it if they know what they are doing. Thats why it's good that Lojack works as soon as you find out and works direct with the police...i think it's like a 90% return rate or somethin

Personally if they steal it....i don't want it back. I'd rather them total it out and be done with it. Just get GAP if your still paying on it. And if you ever get mad at it....you can just set it on fire....and get the GAP and insurance money. hahahaha jk don't do that

Yeah, My silencer system came with a guarantee. If car get stoled and not recovered or sumpthin like that they will pay me 1000 bucks, plus put a 1000 bucks down on any new car I want. But like macs said, If someone steals your car and only drives it a mile they could tear it up. I don't want it back after they red lined it and farted on my leather seats. When someone steals a Mustang you can bet they are gonna dog the crap out of it. If you get your car back in one piece it's probably gonna have some damage that won't show up until you least expect it. The silencer works good I think. If you dont have the special key to insert you aint gonna start it up. And you gonna be blowing the horn while you try. Unless you just rip out the whole key mechanism. Then I dont know if it would work or not.

I hate the thought of my car getting stoled
