So I've been working 60-80 hours a week lately. I'm getting EXTREMELY fed up with it because I have a full exhause system just sittin in my garage waiting to be installed but I don't have the time. I've tried to take it to some shops around here to get it done, but nobody wants to touch it because I didn't buy the parts from them(********). If I were able to find a car to use for a week I could get it done in my spare time, but that ain't gonna happen. Its pissing me off...royally.
Also I'm thinking of going in on a 3 bedroom, 1800 sqft. apartment with my buddies. The place is gorgeous, plus they have an underground heated garage with a stall to wash your car . The only downside would be that I'd have to work on actually saving money for the car. BUT I think getting out of my parents house will be a good thing.
My next purchase is going to be the Venom 1000 system. I'd like to hit it with a 100 shot, but I'll probably stop at 75 cause my engine has 92,542 miles on it. My goal is to get it blown, but I figure I'll run this setup until the engine goes kaput. Then I'll rebuild with forged and stick on the KB 1.7, Maybe I'll pull the 32v conversion and hit it with the 2.2. I dunno.
Any thoughts on any of this? Feel free to tell me I'm an idoit for trying to build a Crown Vic into sleeper, or if you want to loan me a car for a couple weeks that'd be even better doesn't even have to be a stang...I'd take anything with wheels and a working engine.
