Default Started putting stripes on my car.

Well, so far this has been aggravating. It's not realy hard, but some how it gets dark every time I start one of my stripes, and because of this I've messed up one of the hood stripes and one of the roof stripes. I doubt I have enough to go from bumper to bumper, so I'll probable go from the front bumper to the trunk.

Here's some pics of my progress so far.

Yeh, I had just finished messing it up, before posting this thread.
And you see how dark it is in the pics. Man, the sun goes down fast around here.

just be patient, and take your time. dont apply too much pressure, and work from the middle out. Its lookin pretty good dude.
Thanks,
Hey, exactly how much spaceing is between your stripe and pin stripe. I remember you saying a 1/2 or 3/4, and all I could find was 3/4. The 3/4 looks a little to wide.

Should look great when your all done. I installed some less tedious stripes and they came out pretty good. My 1st time. Get an early start and take your time. Plus get as much info on installation as you can.. GL and take some pics when your all done..

definitely don't rush stickers. I rushed putting on the "4.6L V8" hood decals and it was raining that day and I had to go to work so after getting out of work...I look at the hood, and the "." of "4.6" is gone. So now I use a square piece of duct tape as the dot. it blends in pretty well but woulda been better if I just waited.

Yeah dont do your stripes on a rainy night. Plus you should actually do on a warm day in the shade. over 45 degrees but under 80 degrees I think I read that.

also when your all done park it in the sun all day. It will remove any little bubbles left over. If it's the good 3M stuff dont worry bout them little bubbles, they will disappear.. My side stripes had me worried after I was done. But now it looks like it was painted on
