Default Car in shop too long......

Yea my car is still in the body shop from where that bastard hit it and didnt leave a note. They destroyed the front drivers side fender, the front bumper, drivers side headlight, the plastic cowl, and I had to get the hood repainted.
It was only supposed to take about 5 days to fix but its been in the shop for 3 weeks! For some odd reason they had the inside door panel and the outer door handle off of the driver's side the last time I saw it. I dont know why .

Well supposedly I am getting it back today but they have said that before and I am still waiting on it. Its at the ford dealer's body shop so I shouldnt be having problems.

Maybe they found some damage to the door I dont think waiting 3 weeks is that much the amount of damage you had to the car.

welcome to body work... body guys will promise you the world but rarely deliver on it.

Expect it to take 3 times as long, and sometimes cost twice as much

cant always trust your ford dealers either. my brother has a 99 Gt and his alternator went. so we braught it to the ford dealer and they tell us it wasnt the alternator it was the cpu. so they replace the cpu. 2 weeks later the car dies again, so this time we replace the alternator ourselves. another 2 weeks goes by and the car dies again. turns out the cpu they gave us was defective and it totally messed up my bros car. all the wiring in the car had to be replaced, another computer installed, and just about every sensor had to be replaced. Then the best part of it all was the ford dealer refused to pay for the damage their computer casued. cost my borther $3900 to fix. poor bastard.
