Default Silver Cobra I saw last night

So I was out with some friends at our normal spot in town, we all have black mustangs too, well we see this siler 03-04 cobra pull into the lot. It was an older guy driving it, and it sounded sick just idling in, he pulls up and get out and starts asking about our cars. We all talked for a bit and he was like, hey look under my hood...so he popped the hood. First thing noticable was a huge polished Kenne-belle supercharger. I was impressed, my friend asked him if he had it dynoed yet, he pulled a dyno sheet from his glovebox..677hp!! then the guy wanted to know if anyone was trying to race later lol. When he left he cracked into it and went all over the place but took off and sounded like a jet leaving!

heh i don't know about those modenas. My buddy's got a mystichrome whipple cobra and was gettin on a modena at sebring soo hard that the guy gave up and let him pass... It was quite the situation. The guy wasn't a bad driver either, you could tell he was pushing the car harder than it could be pushed, around the corners, the cobra was grippin, the modena was slippin...

P.S. It was basically a stock '04 Cobra with some bracing and the whipple. Makes me so happy when a stamped out domestic can beat a hand built 400 horsepower exotic.

P.S.S. He was floored when he ran a few laps and didn't have to park her and pop the hood, the whipple is like an icebox compared to that damn stock s/c.

P.S.S.S. The cobra was runnin gummy bears, the modena on street tires, I'm sure it would've been quite a fight if they were both on streets.

I'm not sure what KB set-up it was but i know he had 4" CAI, SCT maf, rearend and axle upgrades, and his list went on. He was doing the same set-up a guy from Ohio had in his black '04 cobra that put insane number on the dyno, i'm not sure what they were but people here that are friends with him said it was over 700hp considering he did race a CBR900rr and punished it badly.
