Default Anyone watching the ND/USC Game

Irish are up near the end of the 1st half 21 to 14. Way too soon to celebrate as USC has been amazing in the second half this season...and every season.

Well, I am rooting for ND you USC loving bastard! USC is an awesome team, but the Irish have really had them on the ropes. The 3rd quarter anything goes and I fully expect USC to come out of the tunnel ready to smash heads.

Great game so far.

Well, that did not take long. USC has tied it up despite a Leinhart interception on the first drive.

You might get your wish unless you are giving ND the 11.5 pt spread. USC is now up 28 to 24. Late in 4th.

Yep if only the DB had looked back for the ball he could have knocked it down and game over.

They shoulda thought about it, USC is a throwing team...all of cali is...thats why they're so dangerous...they have a GREAT pass, but at the same time the line backers have to watch Reggie bush...

You have to give ND credit. USC is a better team and they have better atheletes. But, ND surgically executed a game plan designed to win and they almost did.

ND shot themselves int he foot when Quinn scampered 20 yds for a TD and left too much time on the clock for USC. Just think, had they taken 2 - 3 more plays to score, USC would have been stuck with only a few seconds....Game Over.

FSU looks like dog crap. They are getting their butts beat by a un ranked Virgina team. So much for FSU.

oh you mean cuz we're playin outa our statium, ya know it's nice when your coach is a former super bowl champ...and yea we're playin like **** ... we always play like **** against crappy teams and then get up for the big games... either way still doesn't change the fact USC is over rated...who else did notre dame win big against this year? washington?... ok Purdue...but purdue isn't all that good either... plus FSU is an all freshman team minus our running backs...this isn't our break out year...so to only have one loss after this weekend...we got 3 wins in the next 3 weeks, a game at clemson, and then UF... USC needs to loose...that was supposed to be ND job but they failed...

Good teams play well no matter who they are playing. FSU's problem is they have the talent, they are just young and immature. They need to grow up...and they will.

Sure Weis has a few Super Bowl rings, but he is also an ND alumni who never played FB in his life and is currently working his dream job. ND is no doubt going to be a force to be reckened with over the next few years under this guy. It is unfair to say a team is good simply because of a coach, and right now I think ND has the total package.

USC has a great program and they will no doubt end another year undefeated. Unfortunately chosing the best team in the land will always be contraversial until a real play-off system is put into place. Until that time, we can only play "what if".

BTW, FSU may still yet pull this one off tonight. They are only down by one TD the last time I checked.

Man, I was hoping ND would pull that one off. That kicker blew that one though Id say. Oh well, very well played game.

Yeah FSU can never play well at an away statium...also with 15 penatly's for over 150 yards...we shoot ourselves in the foot everygame...our problem is we let the little guyz in...oh and sry But i Especially hate UVA cuz i know it's a generalization but they're mostly snobbish rich white kids, they call it "The University" and think of themselves as Ivy league...i hate schools like that...sure they're good academically but give me a break...lets throw some old vines on FSU and call it ivy league...it's been around 150 years too!...to end I hate UVA, they're arrogent :insert curse here:'s ... .::end rant::
