I got my checking account balance in the mail today and i think its mod time again. Thinking mgw shifter, 3:73's because i m boosting this winter, and sct x cal. Any other suggestions? Also Is the mgw basically the same as the tri-ax or is one better than the other?

I have heard that the mgw shifter is better, but I've never driven a stang with one, so i can't say for sure. I have a pro5.0 on my 02 and coudln't be happier with it!

Mgw, Tri-ax , and pro-m are all good shifters. I would get whats fair in price. They are all WAAYYYY better then stock shifter. I have a tri-ax and love it.

 

If I bought another shifter, Id give the MGW a try. I have no complaints with my steeda though, so its really just a personal choice.

 

My opinion is all the short throw shifters are as good as any. Everyone says one brand is better than the other, bleh bleh bleh.. how many sts have they actually tried on their car?
