Looks a little like the SVO hood... offset.

I think its a Kamineri (or similar spelling). A well-known Japanese company (and automotive stylist, I believe). One who borrows ideas from American muscle cars (as they all do) that are just a bit more recent than the usual 65-75 sources used.

The whole idea is aerodynamics, but the departure from the base lines of the car is just too extreme.

Not good - a personal and professional opinion.

the body kit looks good on certain colors but the hood shoudl never be used yes it is kamineri the hood is all rice as to y it go's over where the grille shoudl be

I like being creative with your personal wheels, but this design simply doesn't mesh - its a huge step backward for the new edge mustangs.

OMFG!!!! thats the EXACT mustang that my girlfriend wanted me to buy....she thought it was nifty....i was like..umm..if YOU want it....sell YOUR lil mustang and buy it...

i would never even consider going up to it and look at it....well maybe i would...only to take a window marker and write rice over the windows....haha....we did that to my friends 69 camaro but we colored in the windows..haha...it was funny

I'd forgotten about this (unsuccessful) styling exercise. The squared-off nose drew boo-reviews at the time - they pulled the show car after only a few outings...

Thank god they went back to the drawing boards. Note that the rest of the car had an early version of the 05 cars.

I actually like the clean look of the FR500 but the front end looks too much like a Honda like the first Mustang posted in this thread.

i kinda wanna take my own life after seeing that, i thinkit burned out my retinas and now i dont think i can ever have kids after seeing such a disgracefull stang my "stuff" shrank soo far into my body that they no longer exist...ewwwww that is the ugliest stand ever, seriously, i'd drive a yugo before driving that...jaw dropped in horror as another idiot wastes a pefectly good pony....god someone kill that guy
