Lol you guys are taking my raving a bit too seriously. I actually do enjoy the hell out of it sober. Music is my life, if im not listening to it, i'm making it. Raves are ALL about the music, not drugs. Yes there are drugs there, lots and lots of drugs, but being able to feel the music in such a different way than the usual headphones or car stereo was life changing for me. And no, not because of whatever I was on.

We all know what raves are and showing us a dumbass vid of one is not going to help the fact. I love music too, but real music. Not repetitive nonsense. It's called a concert if you want to hear music outside of headphones and cars. Try watching a real live band perform. Much better than same *** clown with headphones on one ear mixing a bunch of crap. I would say the majority of people at a rave are on something. I could be wrong, but I don't think i am.

 

Anyone who says they only like 'real' music is an ignorant ******* who can't respect all genres for what they are. I go to live shows all the time. Im seeing Asking Alexandria next month actually. Motley Crue and Poison are touring together this summer CAN'T wait. I listen to everything, man. I make rap beats, techno, and dubstep songs. And I play the drums. Like I said, music is my life. And yeah, the rave I went to almost everyone was on something, but then again that's just the kind of people they attract I guess.

And i forgot to mention the best part of that night. The last DJ ended the night with Bohemian Rhapsody. Everyone sang along. It was epic.

I actually like some of this dubstep music. But that video of a live rave you posted, **** that ****. I could never do that if my life depended on it. I enjoy music a lot, and a wide variety of it, and i agree that seeing a band/performer live is nothing like headphones or etc. Personally saw A7X do nightmare in person, and it was absolutely bad ****** ***, they put on a better show than disturbed even did. Saw a guy so FUBAR on drugs there, that i honestly was slightly worried he was gunna die, interesting night for sure. But i doubt id ever go to a rave. People who dont like any kind of music should really just ignore it :/

 

I'm sorry, but a bunch of people singing to Bohemian Rhapsody is by no means epic. Hell you can play that song at a bingo hall and everyone would probably sing it. I guess I'm an ignorant ******* then. I understand music is a personal preference, and in my personal preference, techno is gay and not cool music by any means. I love music too, I can play drums and guitar. I use to work in a music store for years and have heard all types of music. Techno < all other music. I can't tell if I hate techno more than I hate Lil Wayne. That's a toss up.
