wow i usually wouldnt say this but thats one baseball game i would of actually watched if knew something that exciting was gonna happen but i hope both those guys are alright.

That was nasty. All in all i'd say baseball injuries are just as severe as football at times. Ever see someone slide into second and catch the bag wrong. Ouch detached ankle bone. Or as this vid. that could have been fatal for both players at that speed. Not to mention 98 MPH fastballs. Baseball isn't a failsafe, injury free game. My 13 yr old son has some war wounds from 9 yrs of playing recreation baseball. And that includes his T-Ball year.

Bet you wouldn't think it was funny if it was you. One guy had to be taken off the field on a stretcher and taken to the hospital. I have heard people refer to it as the hardest hit in baseball seen in years. I hate baseball but something like that could not make me "ROFL"

 

there was absolutley nothing funny about that! Damn I hope Cameron and Beltran get better. That Was the worse baseball collision I have seen. I myself, was in a collision going after a fly ball when I was in little leauge.

 

that sh*t wasnt funny at all. something similar happened to my cousin a few yrs back while playin outfield as well. he lost his sight from his left eye and has metal plates on his face as well.
