So... I bought a truck-type-thing.
Yeah. So the Jeep is gone. (YAY!) A couple days before Thanksgiving I drove two and a half hours to Colorado Springs, Colorado and bought my new-to-me 2005 Ford Explorer Sport-Trac. It's blue, and pretty. I like it.
Originally I had intended on buying new, and even went so far to ask people about x-plans. I got really close to buying one, but decided against tying my financial life to a car again. I did that with the Mach and things didn't work out. Anyway, thanks to 08Mustang_GT for giving me an x-plan, even though I didn't end up using it. It means a lot to me to be around a community that is always looking to help each other out. It's awesome, and refreshing.
Anyway...
I don't have any pictures yet. I should have some in the next week or so. I'm debating whether or not to send the rear bumper to get a scratch fixed. (Yeah, while I was working yesterday a dairy-type-of-truck decided to back into my parked vehicle. Joy! ...not) Regardless, it's nice. I'm not exactly sure if it's an XLT, XLS or Adrenalin model, but it drives good (even after getting hit -- luckily it didn't damage anything). But that's about it for now. As I said, I should get some photos up soon-ish...
I hope all is well here on MB, I don't check in quite like I used to.
