how many are using twitter. i never got into facebook or myspace even though pretty much everyone i know is on them. signed up for a twitter and finally have my first follower, my daughter who never uses it. i just signed up origanally to follow my morning show and just want to know what everyone thinks about it. i hear myspace is on it's way out and heard twitter may become more popular than myspace/facebook. anyone use it for actual useful info like news feeds or tech feeds? something besides just stupid one liners from your freinds.

Myspace is done. Literally no one I know ever gets on that anymore. Facebook is in, and will never be replaced by twitter. Twitter is Facebook, with EVERY feature taken out except status updates. The only reason it's so popular is because all the celebrities use it.

i always hear celebrities talking about it but really nobody i know has a twitter except one person who just got a new android phone and it had an app pre-loaded so he signed up. i am the only person i think he knows who has a twitter. i signed up for it probably 6 months ago and i have tweeted maybe 5 or 6 times. my daughter is in high school and she says none of her friends use it. the only people i follow is the morning show crew i listen to. i was thinking there is some stuff like ppcgeeks.com web site who has it's own twitter. and there is other places i am sure that would feed tweets that i might want to read. IDK

 

Facebook. Like blaze said, it's twitter (status updates) + more stuff like pictures, commenting on things, etc...

twitter is for twits. Facebook is for adults looking to connect with old friends. Myspace is for thugs and teeny boppers.

 

Tweeting is the same reason I hate turning on facebook's news feed. I don't give a rats *** if you just had a burrito, or going to dinner, or anything else incredibly unimportant
