We went out for a nice dinner, and those damn kids made sure the waitress knew it's my birthday. It's not as funny watching these people that can't sing come over and sing to you as when it happens to others. No mustang parts, but still a good day. Thanks for the happy birthday.

To be honest it's just another day any more. I like to make it a little different than every other day, but money is tight as hell here and just couldn't really do that this year. This time last year the crew and I hit the beach and had a great time so that was what I would like to have had again. It helps a lot that people I may never see face to face take the time to post their birthday wishes. Thanks

Happy B-Day Dude. At least you didn't get a "Surprise Party" Like I did. Nothing more embarassing than that. I was hoping for a quiet day off from work. LOL .

I don't think I could take a surprise party at all. I always take my birthday of work and go to the golf course, but I worked this year to save my vacation time just in case we get to go some where.

Thanks again guys. I know for sure age is catching me from putting a trampoline up today for those damn kids. In order to make the girls mad I made sure I was the first one on it and I tell ya it wasn't like it use to be.

LOL, at 29 you should still be able to play twister without any problems and win every game. Once you hit mid 30's you should stop the deep knee bends and sitting on your feet.

At 40 expect the occasional aches and pains from overworking or playing too hard, And yes wild sex will make your hips angry the next day.

Then it gets worse. 40 to 50 expect to have every imaginable pain from every joint show up from time to time, even when you are trying to take it easy..

Most problems will come from knees, hips, BACK, fingers, oh yeah and completely forgot to mention eyesight. It will deminish in a very big hurry when you hit late 30's

Have fun.... Get a Doctor that you like, You'll be seeing alot of him..

LOL. You must work and play hard. I used to think i was whooped at age 30 until I started getting older. God I wish I still felt like I was 40. At least 3 days a week something didn't hurt. Now, I might have 1 or 2 days a month where something isn't ******* with me.. Sometimes takes me 20 mins to get dressed for work. 2 hours into work, I'm ready for a full blown Nap..

I think most of my aches and pains are from the way I sleep. The days activities has a lot to do with it, but the worse I sleep the worse I feel. After 2 hours at work who isn't ready for a nap, after all it's work.

Try a memory foam pillow. Those things work great. I used to get cricks in my neck if I slept wrong. But not since the foam pillow. Plus I have serious neck problems due to earlier dumb **** I did in my teens and 20's.. Eveil Kneivel I ain't, but I tried that **** anyway.. Busted my *** alot of times, and those are the ones I remember..

Good idea. Thanks, but most my problem is my back. My neck don't give me much trouble, but they could go together easily so I'll look into this.
