I ordered a 2011 Mustang GT 5.0, 3.73 gears, Brembo Brake package, Security Package, and Comfort Package. I can't WAIT to get it so I can snap some sweeet pics. Already picked out a few awesome spots. Oh and it's black :)

Gonna be a huge difference from running around with cams, 4.10's, LT's with no cats.. lol

78,000 mostly highway. I just did some maintenance to the car as well. New belt, fuel filter, spark plugs, battery. None of them were causing any problems but it was just getting time for it. No problems with the car at all, runs great and always has. Also makes 296rwhp :smokin:


6 speed manual.. the car is black. I really almost went with the color that looks close to DSG, but it's time for a change :)

Two years.....

Hard to say because I've seen some people get theirs in 1 1/2 months of ordering and others are still waiting after like 3 months :( I'm hoping since I ordered just last week mine will be a little faster since I missed the hold and what not. I'm hoping early August at the latest :)

I got 12.5 for my 2K GT. Good luck with the sale and congrats on ordering a new stang. I almost went and got a stock one from the dealership. Decided to just wait it out.

very cool. i cannot wait till i am done school with a (hopefully) stable job to get on. i am probably going to aim for a 2012 so ford can work all the kinks out if there are any.

Last week I went with a buddy to check out a 2010 GT and the dealership had a 2011 GT in the dark grey color sitting right there outside. They had two 2010 Roush's inside, a 540, and 427r. I guess they had something last thursday with Jack Roush.

I really wanted the new 2011 Stang, but I have to face reality. I'm 50 yrs old and everyday at work is getting harder on my body. I've got 31 years in the concrete jungle, or factory for any who doesn't work in one. My 401K was tanking for a few years, but is now making money. My 04 GT is paid off, with only 29 K miles, and still in VGC. I'm just gonna keep her and be happy.

I just want to focus on paying off my house, and hopefully save enough to retire at 55 or so..

At work they want me and my 3 main coworkers ( we are all 50 or older) to perform like we're in our 20's. I can't do that anymore without suffering at the end of the day. Plus, I can get a meager pension from 3 different Company's who owned us at one time or another..

Anyway, if I can save enough to retire at 55, and my wife works till she's 55 or so, Then my sociable security can kick in at 62 or so, and I will be able to walk when I'm that old.

In other words. Fucking work is killing me.. LOL.. New cars are for you young people, and for rich people. That ain't me... unless I can hit that godaam lottery... :cool:
