For $100, it's probably not a bad deal. However, I did a lot of research on jacks before I bought mine and heard a ton of bad things about craftsman jacks. They don't have a lifetime warranty, the seals will blow out and are usually not rebuildable. They just don't build'em like they used to. I am also not a fan of heavy steel jacks unless you are really only going to keep it in the garage. I carry mine around with me to racing events and didn't want to throw my back out or load the car down with a 100 lb. chunk of steel. I've got a two ton low profile aluminum jack from Harbor Freight that has been great for almost two years now with significant use. It has dual pumps and the seals are rebuildable. It was $150 though. I tried the 1.5 ton aluminum jacks that Harbor Freight carries and I didn't feel comfortable lifting the car with them, but for a lighter car they would probably do fine.
