Who all is going to Mustang Week from July 19th -25th? I wanna go, but I'm not sure if I'm going to, yet. Any of you Orlando guys goin'?

Edit: Holy ****. I realized that I did not include one cuss word in that post. I edited it so that I have one now.

 

I will be going as long as I can schedule my summer classes in the first summer semester. I can't miss a full week of class.

I have the family planning our summer vacation around it this year!

im going, its not too far of a drive for me, being in SC and all. So ill deff be there, probably drive down there early early tuesday morning and be there til saturday night

 

I'm still waiting to decide. That week is usually my Vacation week anyway. But I really can't plan that far ahead. Me and my coworkers have a little rule we use. Put in for your vacation early, but be prepared to cancel in case of circumstances. We only have 3 tech's qualified to run my dept for 3 shifts.. So if something happens like a death in the family, or one of us falls ill. We will not go on vacation and leave just 1 man to cover all 3 shifts.. It's rare but it does happen.. My 3rd shift coworker is out right now because his mother passed away last week.. So 2 of us are on 12's to cover.. Sometimes teamwork and work dedication overrules vacation..

Can't be any hotter than Florida at that time of year. I usually try to avoid going outside in the summer. I hate the heat and humidity.

 

This would be the perfect year for me to go. No excuses. Got the money. Got the time off. But guess what? I dont have a f!@# car. I havent even got a vin number yet.

 

Sounds like a rental would work just fine. Get the extra insurance so you can enter it in the burnout contest (sounds like we have a sure winner right there)

 

Im too fat for shorts ..... but I think this year im not gonna have a choice. Oh well sunshine can stare at my big booty if she wants.
