Default Just recived some good news today

Since I am my college career is coming to a close I have been looking for an internship this summer. Been talking to several companies but with the economy and all some of them haven't been able to. So I just recently got a call from a company today and they offered me a internship this summer which will more than likely lead to a full time job once I'm done in August. I don't think my day could have gotten any better. Just thought I would share.

Congratulations! What is your major by the way and what is the internship description?

I tried so hard to get an accounting internship, but there are only so few and I have a 3.86 overall gpa.

I'm in the Design and Development field (drafting) for the internship I would be working the shop floor to learn all the angles of the process so when i go to do the designing I will have a better understanding. It will more than likely lead to a full time deal. Still don't know how much ill be getting paid for the internship yet but it will be hourly.

Yeah we used to have a lot of young interns at my last job which was in the Automotive field, they would bring them in, and for about 1month these kids would walk the shop floor, learn the flow process, do time studies on how long it took to do each step, and then finally get behind a screen to then eventually do the CAD design markups.
