Default Shenanigans!

http://www.dailytech.com/article.aspx?newsid=17892

A guy tried to fake a sticking "accelerator" and is about to get BUSTED.

And by stepping on the brakes he couldnt get a 100hp prius to stop. And it also didnt do any glazing to the pads or rotors.

I'm not so quick to judge. I don't know if it happened or not, but either way this dude is getting smeared. If it was faked shame on this dude for not only coming up with a lame scam, but putting the life of the CHP officer in jeopardy. I generally like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but people do stange things in times of desperation.

Seems like Toyota is just trying to place blame on someone else to me. The guy isn't even going to sue Toyota, so why would he make it up?

To get out of a reckless driving charge, thats why. And he will sue...eventually...the guy is over 700k in debt.
