What if a kid had one of those and it was open because they were doing schoolwork, and the kid changed in front of it or something? That is a flat out invasion of privacy.

And they wanted to talk to the kid about his 'improper behavior at his home'? What kind of bullshit is that? His 'improper behavior' at his own home is none of their damn business. If that happened to me, I'd tell them I was getting a lawyer and they can expect him/her to be contacting them soon.

Then, I'd give them the computer back and tell them to give it to someone who doesn't mind being spied on.

 

At my high school the administrators would get on facebook and kids would get into trouble at school for making fun of someone at their own home on facebook. They would give the in school for making fun of another kid at home on facebook. How messed up is that? lol

 

It's pretty fucked up and there are some people who should go to jail over it. You don't spy on kids. That's the same damn thing as me putting a hidden camera in someones home, a public dressing room, or something of that sort. If a an underage kid can be labled as a sex offender and sent a jail for sending naked pictures of him or herself to another underage kid, then anyone involved in these webcams should be subject to the same prosecution.

 

Hmm, what a great way to turn the tables here. And use it to be really deceptive. Get some friends over and start rumors about the adminis. and how they comment all the time about how they try to lure you to thier homes, and make sexual advances toward you and your friends, When someone is spying and you pretend you didn't know, Then it's game on.. Mary tells Suzie,( while the webcam is on), Mr Smith said he'd like to help me with my grades, so he invited me to come over for some tutoring. LOL.

 

I don't know how people who are supposed to be so educated can be so ******* stupid. Stevie Wonder could see this **** coming. No kidding, people don't want video cameras turned on in their homes without their knowledge....I am shocked and amazed!!! Who in their right minds thought this was going to be okay on any level. As a parent of a teenager, I would be beyond rage had a I found one of these bastards spying on my kid. I hope the FBI rips them a new one and those bastards get to spend some time where are cameras all the time to watch them and their new girlfriend "Bubba" get it on.
