I have a massive sweet tooth and I love candy. I was just sitting here eating some of my candy stash I have at my desk, and figured I'd make a candy thread... because candy kicks ***!

Right now, I'm eating some of those bad-*** "Giant Chewy Nerds". They look like little dinosaur eggs and they're good as hell. I don't care for the red (strawberry) or the purple (grape) ones, but I eat them, anyway.



Some of my other favorites are:

Lemonheads! I love lemon flavored stuff.



Sour Patch Kids. Both the candy and the commercials are awesome. Like I said about the Giant Chewy Nerds, I'm not a fan of the red or purple, but I eat them. I actually don't like red or purple anything, not even Skittles. I really only like the orange, green and yellow.



Junior Mints. In addition to lemon flavored stuff, I am also a sucker for mint.






What about you guys? I know I've got some fellow candy-asses on here!

You mean those ones that had the caramel around them? If so, I agree. Those were awesome, too. I haven't seen them in years and that sucks.

It takes me forever to eat a box of milk duds for the same reason. I really don't chew them cause I hate trying to get them off my teeth

But I also LOVEEEE Sour Skittles, and any gummy bear or worm (sour or regular).

I go through a 5-lb. bag of Haribo gummy bears every two weeks.

I like sour Skittles. I only like gummies if they are sour. If they aren't sour, I hate them. I think un-sour gummy bears and worms are horrible.

I ******* hate coconut. Anything coconut can rot in hell.

Yes! Those are the ones. God, I miss those. I used to eat them all the time.

 

I think the only place I found them is on the net and they were cheap like a whole box of like ten bags for twenty bucks

Sour patch kids, gummy worms and or bears, sour or non, I love. Favorite bar candy is 3 musketeers. I love MMs, normal or dark chocolate, although the very best MMs are the blue bag Crispy ones, those are orgasmic.Skittles are good, along with the exspensive choclates. Lindor truffles are awesome. Idk if this is considered candy, but Mullano cookies are orgasmic.

Edit: Coconut sucks ***. My dad loves cocnut parrot bay, but i hate any kind of coconut.
And to 00black, welches fruit snacks ftmfw, or most fruit gummie/chews.

 

Sour patch kids are badass. Probably my favorite candy while at the movie theater. I love the Sour Punch straws or bites. Also, the sour strips you can usually get at a candy store. I definitely go for the sour stuff over chocolate any day. I also love Welch's fruit snacks. Eat those things all the time at work.

Oh, and coconut sucks ***.

 

I am the weirdest when it comes to candy. I would throw candy away as a kid and put it away so I wouldn't want to eat it. I could do pretty well without candy. My girlfriend on the other hand loves candy, and due to her always having crandy around the house I tend to eat more now than before we lived together. I like junior mints, M&Ms, Snickers, I'll eat any candy really just because I'm not a picky eater, but I don't seek it.

Reece's cups FTMFW. I wish you could just buy the actual peanut butter they put in the cups. The **** at the store in the PB isle that says Reece's is NOT the same ****...not even close. I bought it once..I was pissed.. lol.

LOL wtf Val? Were you THAT bored at work? I reckon i'll chime in... never been much of a candy/sweets kinda person. As a kid, i'd go trick or treating but then take all the candy to school and sell it. EVERYYYYYYY once inna while I'll eat some reece's cups, the little ones. Other than that, just don't eat much candy or sweets.

 

My worst enemy...

I don't know why but I have managed to choke on these things to many times. I refuse to eat them anymore. The most memorable moment was in 7th grade World History. Pretty sure I was in the middle of taking a test and I was chowing down on a box of them, one got lodged and began gasping for air in the middle of class. Teacher got up and ran toward me and then preceded to give me the heimlich maneuver in front of the whole class, was pretty embarassing...

 

I've never seen a candy i wouldn't try once. Depends on your mood. Chocolate, hard, soft and chewy, or taffyish. I used to chomp on golf ball sized jaw breakers when I was a kid.

I do love to hit on some tropical starburst or the regular ones too.
Good combo is a starburst chew + a mini tootsie roll. Eat them as one.

Halloween was always my favorite holiday.

Snickers fun sized my favorite now. or a baby ruth. I could go on with this forever..

Is there a worst candy out there? maybe Jolly Ranchers because you cant actually eat one of those godaam things, unless you want to loose a tooth..

 

I wasn't really bored... I had just finished all my work and was surfing around eating candy, and that's what made me think of this thread.

I wasn't really a sweets kind of person when I was a kid, either, which is weird. I was like you and 01FR500. I could go without it and it didn't bother me one bit. But now, I am a damn candy-***. I can't get enough of it! I guess I'm making up for all the candy I didn't eat as a kid.

I remember those giant-*** jaw breakers! I got one from Disney World when I was 8 and it literally took me months to eat. I just kept it wrapped up and in the fridge, haha. I love the regular Starburst, but I only like the lemon and cherry flavored ones. I'm really picky about certain flavors.

I love Jolly Ranchers. I don't chew on them. I love the lemon, apple and watermelon ones.

I should also mention that I hate real watermelon, but I love artifical watermelon. I love real strawberries and grapes, but I hate artificial strawberries and grapes (except for Twizzler's strawberry licorice). The only cherry stuff I like is cherry Fanta and cherry Starburst.

I hate black licorice, too.

Oh yeah. My dad use to buy us those big *** tubs from costco. It was usually either those or those Cry baby/tear jerker gum *****. If I ever crave chocolate, it would be reese's peanut butter cups or take a hersey chocolate bar and dip it in peanut butter.
