so im goin to my freinds house, hes in the car to pick up a poster with a mustang on it...he lives on a dirt road so i (with some influence) decide to have a little fun around the corners, i drift around one of the corners, as soon as I start to over correct we both know im ****ed...so it goes off the road up a 50 degree hill which goes down into a ditch....so im stuck in the ditch, but cant go up the hill...i have to call my redneck buddy John T in his dodge , of course i get alot of **** from him ...and my rear and front are pretty f'd, my chin spoiler got anihilated....oh well, looks like ima do a cobra bumper conversion ,anyone know where I can get good priced cobra bumpers?

yeah theres a guy selling an 01 prepainted (zinc yellow) saleen kit for 600 but he has like 2 potential buyers not including me so it may or may not happen

 

If you get a fiberglass front on that thing the way you drive it wont be there very long so get a polyurethane or im just gonna laugh to myself while i wait for you to break it off.

 

Ok it's one thing to drift on any road but a DIRT road? Cmon! Street tires and dirt don't mix. Sorry about your luck though. I was thinking of getting a Cobra bumper on mine as well. I really dig the 04 front bumpers.

 

damn man, that sucks but i've been in that situation before. totaled my first truck because i was ****in around on a dirt road. learned my lesson real quick.

 

The way ford is shortn' us with the chin spoilers I may be in the market for a cobra front and rear bumper as well.

Yeah that would probably be your best bet. Leave the drifting to the ricers so when they wreck we can sit back and laugh and know another ricer is off the street for a while.

I sold this, some jealous low life broke it but I sold it on ebay and put the stock one back on. I would say start it at $20 each or $40 both. The whole point is that you want to get rid of it and since you have the boxes from the new ones might as well do it now.

I dont live there anymore but it can happen anywhere. Its hard to tell without the dimensions and weight. I just sold my stock rear wing shipping was about $29

 

Damn...sorry about the car...If you do go with the Cobra front and rears, you have to get the Heat Extractor hood, that thing is awesome.
