lolz im such a flame baiter
But in all seriousness. What DO you actually pay for, for Live?
#6
Look, no matter what you say or how much you try to defend Sony, they f'ed up on their online experience (and always have). Not to mention the fact that nearly every game that used to be exclusive to PS is now available for both Xbox and Wii. I don't like having to pay to play, but when I can jump online anytime I want and have servers running 24/7 on pretty much every game with live functionality, I'd say it's worth it. Not to mention the other bonus features like Netflix streaming and some of the new stuff they're throwing in.

Just like WN said, we pay for a great online experience. As big of a Sony fanboy you can be, you can't really deny the fact that Xbox Live is a way better online experience than PSN. $50 is hardly anything a year for great online play. And yes, I've played online on PS3, it has nothing on Xbox live.

[quote=WNRacing;438625]You pay for a fully stable network of Servers that very rarely ever crash and have 10 times better connectivity and reliability than your private PS3 servers do.
+1 !
plus, the number of ppl that plays on xbox live is alot bigger than on ps3
I have a friend that got a ps3 but latter bought a 360 just because all of our friends played call of duty on xbox live

PS3 doesn't have a separate app for facebook.

Our Netflix even runs from a free disc that makes streaming faster.
PSN does everything Live does, except for cross-game voice chat. That is it. And PSN does things Live doesn't, also.
I'm also going to contradict you by saying this. Prepare yourself.
More Xbox 360 exclusives have gone multiplatform to PS3, than vice-versa. It's a true fact, I can dig you up a list if you really want one.
I love doing this to you guys lol, it excites me.

Just received it in a firmware update yesterday, actually.
PSN does all of this, too... There is NEVER a time when I can't connect to PSN. EVER. They do maintenance like once every two months, for an hour, at 4 AM.

Dig out that list. I want to see all these Xbox exclusives that have gone multiplatform.

Dude.. Seriously?
Let's see that list. I call B.S. and I call you a moron. Sony has lost SO MANY titles it is ridiculous! Especially during the time when the 360 & Wii were out and the PS3 was held back for what over a year because of their pricing problems. What a joke..

Oh, and facebook on PS3 is a joke. You can't post anything, comment, or look at photos. All you can do is post purchase information, game events, and Trophy information to your Facebook profile. Pretty lame if you ask me.

First of all, didn't PS3 launch BEFORE Wii...?
Second. If I wanted to do all of that on Facebook on my PS3, I'd open up the web browser, which I've been doing for a very long time now >_>
Third. You people conform to the media too easily, don't believe everything they tell you
I will bold the more popular titles.

If I missed anything, let me know and I will correct it. Lucky for you guys, I have nothing I want to do at 1 in the morning, so I had time to make this list. Hell, even I think the PS3 to 360 list looks too short. But, that's where the media fools you. I'm sure there are a few I missed, however, for both lists. If you find something that should be on here, my apologies, and seriously let me know so I can fix it. I tried to make this as accurate as possible.
Shocked? I was, too
No, really. There HAS to be more PS3 to 360 games...but this is all I found...
EDIT: Well, that got you all to shut up, now didn't it?

I would say the list of games that came over from PS3 are bigger games. Saints Row 2 going to PS3 is nothing compared to the GTA series coming over to Xbox. Don't forget to add your beloved Metal Gear Solid.
Talk about listening to the media, you believe everything Sony tells you. You haven't made one valid argument that I care about, as I'm sure you don't care what I have to say. My opinion, Xbox is a much better gaming and multimedia console and has better games than PS3. As far as multiplatform games go, they usually get better ratings on Xbox.

How is it a huge failure? It gives you access to do a lot of things on one machine. If I'm cleaning my house or whatever, I can just turn on my xbox and play either the music I have on my harddrive or now play the radio. Makes things easier than me having to fish out and play cds or get my ipod out of the car. If my xbox is already and for some reason decide to look at Facebook, then boom it's right there. I don't have to turn my computer on or get on my phone. I don't see anything wrong with something that has multiple uses. Does it not still play games?

And I'm not arguing with your opinion. Not everyone thinks the same. I'm just proving your 'fact' wrong about more PS3 exclusives going to 360. And I can argue again by saying GTA IV was NEVER announced exclusive to PS3. Hell, every damn GTA from III and up went to Xbox. Why would you think it would be exclusive in the first place? And Metal Gear. 360 does not have any former exclusive Metal Gear game. Metal Gear Solid Rising, was announced for BOTH platforms. Never an exclusive. And every other Metal Gear game is on MANY platforms, besides Guns of the Patriots. Again, where's your logic? You all asked for a list. Called me out. I gave you the facts. The least you can do is admit you were wrong about something. Grow a pair.
BTW. PS3 could do all of these things and a ton more since....3 years ago? Just informing, incase you wanted to start another pointless argument about why XBOX IS TEH GREAT3ST!!1

Did I say anything about PS3 not being able to do this? Didn't think so. So what, you have the internet on your console. I'm talking about a stand alone app. Has PS3 had that since launch? No. Do they have it now? Yes, but it sucks ***. can your PS3 play music while playing a game? Didn't think so. Anyways, I'll continue to play the better system. Arguing with you is about as retarded as $3 bill. I really don't care what you have to say, so I'll do like I do with my grandfather when you can't argue with him, I'll just walk out of the room.
#21
Going from Xbox to PS3 ill admit xbox DOES have better internet, it connects easier and has less interuptions(slightly) but the main thing is xbox's community is tremendously better, 90% of xbox users have mikes. Probably 10% of PS users have them, and normally if they talk its very broken apart. Xbox does ave better live, however i do like PS3 more for non online purposes.

GTA use to be a playstation exlcusive. Doesn't matter what number went to xbox. The fact of the matter is that it was ONCE a playstation exclusive. Metal Gear Solid, doesn't matter what the title is, whether it's a new game or not, the Metal Gear has always been on Playstation. Now they are making a title that will be multiplatform. Not an exlcusive anymore. Tell me what other console Metal Gear has been on? What's the source of your list anyways. For all I know, you just copied and pasted some titles somewhere and put them up. I'm mature enough to admit when I'm wrong. Something I wouldn't expect a highschool kid to be able to do.

1. Yeah, Metal Gear and GTA are two really solid exclusive franchises for PlayStation. Fail.
2. What does that have to do with more PlayStation 3 games going to Xbox 360 than vice versa? Fail.
3. What does that have to do with ANYTHING? Fail.
Has PS3 had that since launch? No. Do they have it now? Yes, but it sucks ***. can your PS3 play music while playing a game? Didn't think so.
Now? Yes. And, it's not even for what Xbox's is for. All it does is sync your profiles together and post things automatically when things happen while you play PS3. If a PS3 owner wants to use Facebook, we just, get on Facebook. Seems more logical than using a gimped app, am I right?
Music while playing a game? Yes. I do it all of the time, straight from the HDD itself >_>
What's the source of your list anyways. For all I know, you just copied and pasted some titles somewhere and put them up.
Do you see what's going on here? I'm giving you FACTS. You just keep blurting out random opinionated bullshit. You have no argument. Your posts are full of fail. Have you noticed that I have not ONCE said anything bad toward your beloved 360? Have you noticed that I have not given ONE opinion, for BOTH systems in this topic? And you have the nerve to call me out on my age? You're 27 years old. And you don't even know how to argue, or accept facts. Keep talking **** like a god damed 12 year old about why me and my games are FAR too inferior. If you can't face the truth, don't go around talking about **** you know NOTHING about. Grow up.
