I have 2003 gt and needed the right side valve cover w/oil filler. Anyone know how I can get one or the set? I just wanted the originals, nothing fancy or chromed out. The right side has a hole which I made by accident because I placed the CAI too close to the valve cover. Stupid, huh.

 

Go to a junkyard to pick one up cheap. I have a feeling a dealer will rip you off.

 

I agree, but I called around some the local junkyards and they said they did not have any but I think I am going to have to show up in person and pull one off myself.

 

some junkyards are funny about pulling parts off of engines. They want to sell them whole. If you can find a core engine, they'll let you pull one.

Is yours a Romeo or Windsor?

 

It is a romeo. I noticd you have 4:10 gears on your stang how much of a difference does this make?

 

It's like driving a totally different car.
