Default Help me out here.

So I'm filling out an application for a job,

why you ask? I got canned last week. yep..No more Science Diet. They told my boss to get rid of 6 people and they found a reason why. They caught me texting on the sales floor at the very end of a shift. First time i've ever had an offence. No warning, nothing. Instant burn.

Oh well, **** happens.

Anyways, there's a local ski/snowboard shop I've ALWAYS wanted to work at. A dream job for me. Great people, great atmosphere (not that teenage skate/snow shop 'bro I'm better attitude'). I know a couple of the guys that work there so the chances of me getting this job aren't too bad. I've filled out this application with the utmost care..except for one thing.

on the very front of this app it says:

This company is dedicated to outstanding customer service, far beyond the customer's expectations and to providing the best products, and the most knowledgeable staff in order to promote lasting customer loyalty and trust.

What does this above statement mean to you?____________________________

what in the HELL am I supposed to put there? I'm drawing a blank. it means to me exactly what it says! ideas would be much appreciated! I want to get this app in tomorrow morning

because I haven't gotten this job yet, I'm gonna substitute the actual company name with "Super Ski Shop." anyway here are my ideas..yeah they suck..but they're all I got.

'If every employee holds to this mission statement, 'Super Ski Shop' surmounts the apathy stricken competition.'

'If I were an employee, this mission statement would be my absolute priority'

'This statement means to me the supreme importance of the customer's needs and satisfaction. As both a customer and a potential employee it means Super Ski Shop is a name I can stand behind.'

**** I dunno..

help

This company is dedicated to outstanding customer service, far beyond the customer's expectations and to providing the best products, and the most knowledgeable staff in order to promote lasting customer loyalty and trust.

Having a knowledgeable staff that is motivated to assist the customer in finding and buying the proper equipment, being able to answer questions about equipment and having the customer satisfied with the equipment to establish a customer that is willing to do business again with the company.

Idk..

This statment means that the company has a long term comittment to its customers and understands that without good people you will not have good customers. Quality and service is what brings customers back. I agreed with this statment 100%.

Something like that should work for you. Good Luck!

This statement is a pledge of excellence that there will always be a helpful and knowledgeable staff member that will forever promote a lasting impression of loyalty and trust to every single customer.
